There are different formats of the book: hard cover, paper back, kindle ebook and audio book.

Audio book can be very impactful because of the tone, and intonation of the reader. It feels more personal, because it is as if he was lecturing or presenting the principles to you in person. But if you need to see the text and control the speed, then reading book might fit you better.

Reading is good if you are a visual person and can process the information better when you actually see the text. You can also slow down or reread the the important points if you need to. You go at your own pace. With audio book, the reading pace is not control by you. Kindle format lets you read anywhere, on your computer, tablet like iPad, or smart phones like iPhone or Galaxy. You can carry it any where you want. Physically book still has its place. It gives a sense of intimate between the reader and the book. You can touch the book, feel it. You can open and skip pages are you wish.

Decide which format works best for you, and just do it. You won't regret.
