- Use the power of positive affirmation. Give your brain a new operating instructions. Repeat positive phrases like: I am excellent at time management, I already have a balance work and life or I use my time well. After a while, the subconscious mind of the brain will remember those positive commands and start to change your external action and behavior. As within so without.
- Visualize the time management skill. The mental image will immediately influence the subconscious mind. Visualize yourself doing well with time management. Fake it until you make it. You create mental image of the up-coming event and see that you manage it well in every aspect. See yourself as calm, positive, happy, and in complete control. See people is doing and saying exactly what you want them to do.
- Take actions based on your visualization. Work the entire time you work while you are in the office. Be pleasant and friendly to your co-workers and start working right away to get your works done. If you spend more than 10% of your time socializing, your time is out of control. By getting straight to work, you get more works done. After work you can spend quality time with your friends and family knowing that you have accomplished quality works.
